Program Description

Strongarm Customer Messaging is a low-volume, non-marketing text messaging program operated by Strongarm Enterprise LLC. Messages may include two-way customer support, project scheduling and status updates, appointment or inspection coordination, and invoice or account notifications.

Consent

Customers and authorized project contacts opt in through clear verbal consent provided during a live telephone or in-person conversation with an authorized Strongarm representative. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or service. Strongarm Enterprise LLC does not send promotional or lead-generation messages through this program.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on active projects, appointments, inspections, customer requests, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (626) 414-4860.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and terms.

Privacy

Review the Strongarm Enterprise LLC Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Verbal Opt-In Script

Strongarm representatives use the following script before sending the first business-initiated message:

“Strongarm Enterprise LLC can send you text messages about your project, scheduling, appointments or inspections, customer support, and invoice or account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Do you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provided?”

The representative records the recipient’s affirmative response, mobile number, date, and method of consent. If the recipient declines, Strongarm Enterprise LLC does not enroll or message that number.
